For most Spanish mortgage applications the Spanish banks will require an Experian Report.
Please note that the Spanish banks will only accept the Experian report which is sent to your home address. The Express version is not accepted.
Do I have to be in Spain to get a mortgage?
No, we work for you. We will organize everything for you. Your lawyer can act as your
power of attorney if necessary
How long does it take to get a mortgage? It usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks once we have all your
documentation.
